The client are a 'whole of market' Mortgage Brokers based in Manchester City Centre seeking a Full Time CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join their team. They are in an exciting period of growth and have a management team with an excellent reputation for developing staff and enabling them to reach their full potential. The successful applicant will have the following:
*CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 qualified
*1 years' experience minimum
*Strong track record in sales
*Excellent communication & organisational skills
*Good telephone manner and attention to detail
Duties will include:
*Establishing customer needs and requirements
*Advising on Regulated Mortgage & Insurance products
*Progress referrals with the objective of identifying advice opportunities and converting these to contribute towards a profitable business and delivering good consumer outcomes.
*Managing a team
*Training and development for new starters
*One team one goal
What you'll give customers
*As a Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will be for every aspect throughout the mortgage process; Advising customers on their needs, processing the transaction and resolving any issues that arise. You could also find yourself recommending related products such as life insurance, mortgage protection and home insurance, so you'll need to be a great relationship builder and negotiator. They will expect you to attain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction, and in return will give you a comprehensive range of innovative products, our Homeowner app and a truly supportive environment, plus comprehensive training.

*To join, you should be fully CeMAP qualified, with Registered Mortgage Advisor status and proven experience in a similar role.
