SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - COVENTRY - FULL TIME

Accountancy Elite have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant both qualified officially or by experience. The role will be based in Coventry, on a full time basis.
THE FIRM
The firm is long established, split over 2 sites boasting modern offices, and fantastic working environment. The firm who have been established over 30 years dealing with audited group accounts to SME, Sole Traders & Partnerships as well as advising on tax strategy and planning..
THE ROLE - Will include but not be limited to the following:
??Planning the production of accounts, whilst managing & utilising junior members of the team
??Communicate with directors on finished jobs as & when requested by a manager
??Oversee completion of client accounts, assisting other members of the team if needed
??Maintain effective communication to clients providing updates when needed
??Preparing financial statements (including profit / loss)
??Preparation of limited company accounts, partnership accounts & sole traders
SALARY - Negotiable dependant on experience (GBP20,000-GBP30,000)
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years accountancy practice experience, be self motivated, hard working, pay great attention to detail and punctual. They will have great knowledge of accounts preparation, previous experience of managing a diverse portfolio of clients. They will be able to take responsibility and communicate confidently & efficiently. They will be able to interact with staff members of all levels, keep up to date with new legislations and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
??ACA / ACCA or AAT qualification
??Excellent IT skills
??Ability to work under pressure
??5 years previous accountancy practice background
