Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accounts team.

Your duties will include:
Running the day to day purchase ledgers for the company.
Accurately maintain and update computerised systems within agreed timescales.
Invoice entry to Purchase & Subcontract ledger using Sage Accounts.
Check and Capture project costs.
Maintain register of disputed invoices.
Reconcile Supplier Statements.
Raise supplier payments in accordance with terms.

You will need:
A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Excel essential.
Eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Experience of Sage Accounts desirable.
Knowledge of CIS would be an advantage.

Based in Lymington, working Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with salary of GBP16,000 to GBP19,000, 28 days holiday including bank holidays plus free parking available
