Principal Town Planner - Slough - Private Planning consultancy
GBP38,000-GBP50,000 + Car/Bonus/Pension
My client is a renowned planning consultancy with coverage across the UK. They specialise within retail, residential, leisure and heritage projects and are actively seeking a Principal Town Planner.
Based in Slough, the Principal Town Planner will lead the planning team on large volumes of small scale planning applications alongside large scale projects. You will hold MRTPI membership and have a minimum of 5 years' town planning experience from a consultancy background. Main duties will involve;
* Having a key involvement in winning new business
* Informal hearing and public inquiry submissions
* Site appraisals
* Project management for major developments
* Inception and eventual submission of planning and advertisement consent applications
