HCL Workforce Solutions are a leading Health and Social Care recruiter with an excellent, long-standing reputation in the market. We are currently looking to attract a part time Compliance Officer for the Shared Services team within our Manchester office.


You will be responsible for organising and coordinating events for locum candidates to attend and complete the compliance process. This involves meeting and greeting candidates and obtaining and verifying all relevant documentation as well as ensuring they meet all current requirements of the relevant governing body, the appropriate framework/s and HCL company standards.



Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Partner with colleagues within various divisions across HCL

- To ensure that compliance levels are met in line with the required standards

- At pre-arranged appointments or sessions, the post holder will meet candidates, verify documentation, verify ID etc in line with the recruitment process



- Responsible for reporting compliance information to the Shared Services Compliance and Audit Lead

- Work as part of a team to meet the divisional compliance requirements of candidates as well as team targets, aims and objectives

- Complete reports and collect statistics where required

- Use tact and persuasive skills when communicating complex information or contentious information

Your normal hours of work will be 20 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, (typically covering one Saturday a month and one evening a week)
