Location:Dudley, West Midlands
Salary:GBP18,000 OTE circa. GBP25,000 + Uncapped Commission and Benefits

The Role
Sales recruitment is fiercely competitive sector with a lot to offer. The opportunity demands a forward thinking and committed individual; with long hours and a continuous challenge. You will be expected to deliver exceptional levels of service, be intuitive and have an ability to think on your feet whilst being diverse to the different solutions available. The ideal candidate would be someone with the ability to listen and digest complex information with a dynamic and consultative approach, and an ability to negotiate at any level.
In exchange we will provide you with an extensive amount of training and mentorship from recruitment experts in the sector. From day one you will have access to state of the art recruitment software, methods and tools to ensure you're geared for success inside a vibrant and rewarding business.
Responsibilities
Developing strategic client relationships to position Concept as a preferred staffing provider
Researching, prospecting and engaging with new recruitment opportunities
Proactively manage existing development and key accounts
Effective time-management and activity reporting via CRM
Meeting with new and existing customers to greater understand requirements
Candidate attraction, engagement and selection
Achievement of KPIs and monthly, quarterly and annual GP sales targets
