THE POSITION

With the continued growth of this the Regional Sales Director is looking for someone to cover the South East London, Kent and East Sussex. This person will be taking over a well run, profitable area for the business.
Focusing on the refurbishment market, most of this persons time will be spent selling into the Local Authority network, to include Building Surveyors and Private Consultants (EC Harris as an example). This division sells on technical expertise, allowing the client to often let Collingwoods client do the majority of the technical review and specification.

CRITERIA TO SUCCEED

You will need;

- Strong background selling into local authority networks, and associated quanity surveyors / consultants OR come from a QS, construction consultancy background
- A minimum of two years' experience selling an allied product range. These to include Drainage, Bathrooms, Insulation, Flooring, industrial coatings, rooflights, Roofing, timber, heating, boilers, pumps, plasterboard, Kitchens, ventilation, cavity trays, joinery, washrooms, fa??ade systems, structural aluminium / steel, curtain walling, cladding, drywall, timber, waterproofing / damproofing, ceilings, doors and windows, glazing
- A good technical understanding with the ability to walk contacts through a technical project.
