International Consultant
Main responsibilities
• Provide full customer support for expatriate healthcare plans
• Maintain a client portfolio in accordance with internal procedures in a compliant manner, having a full and proper understanding of the agreed services pertaining to each client
• Be first point of contact for all client administration enquiries; responding accurately and promptly to members' and employers' queries to the established quality standards
• Maintain a harmonious, professional and productive relationship with each client
• Contribute constructively to discussions and meetings as appropriate
• Generate and/or contribute to the development of new ideas/initiatives
• Translate various documents (English/Korean) as required
• Visit clients when required

• University degree
• Solid previous related experience required
