The Role
We are currently recruiting an M&E Technical Performance Engineer to work on a mobile basis covering London and the Home Counties. The general purpose of the role is to investigate complex M&E issues and to audit and create PPMs within a retail environment. This will cover HVAC, basic electrical, hot & cold water systems, and renewable energy sources. Accountabilities will include:
* Supporting non-technical managing agents
* Providing site-based support for engineers
* Organising site visits and carrying out audits
* Taking the lead role on specific projects
For this role we would require the following knowledge and experience:
* Experience of managing within Facilities Management
* Demonstrate understanding of contracts and contractual matters
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex data
* Knowledge of performance measurement processes, SLAs and KPIs
* Understanding of quality management systems and continual improvement processes
* Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and the client
* Full UK driving licence
The role will involve working 40hrs per week plus weekend cover on a rota basis and require flexibility to attend meetings at various locations across the UK.
