ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER - GREAT SALARY - STUNNING PROPERTY
This is a great role within the maintenance department of a lovely country house property.
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will support the Maintenance Manager to ensure that the building is well maintained and that all legal requirements are met.
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will act as a liaison between the hotel and outside contractors and ensure that works are carried out to required standard.
You will ensure that all workshop and plant areas are kept in immaculate condition and that teams are trained and motivated. You will also be responsible for the departmental rota.
The successful candidate will be working in a hotel at Assistant Manager or Shift Engineer level and will have minimum 2 years experience.
Assistant Maintenance Managers should have mixed engineering skills to include:- electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Spa pool operations & H&S qualification at CIEH Intermediate level or equivalent
You should work well under pressure in fast paced environments and be able to manage multiple projects effectively.
