The role will provide you with practical training, development and progression within a dynamic and expanding company.
As a Front Office Manager your role will include;
* Ensures that guests' have a smooth stay at the hotel;
* Manages and motivates front office team in order to provide high quality services for guests;
* Ensuring the reception team demonstrate the highest standards of guest care and welcome on front desk;
* Training and development of the team and will drive them to achieve maximum guest feedback scores and increasing revenue potential;
* Managing and motivating your team. You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy;
* Actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
The ideal Front Office Manager must;
* Be a strong manager with passion and drive you will be hands on and looking for a challenge;
* Have a minimum of three years' experience as a Duty or Front Office Manager;
* Natural leader, highly motivated and keen to succeed;
* Passion for the industry and ability to demonstrate unrivalled hospitality.
