An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing Financial Services company based in Maidenhead as a Completions Team Leader.
You will be responsible for setting targets, training and development of team members, quality management and succession planning in a fast-paced environment where focus on quality and compliance is critical. Service Excellence and adherence to FCA regulations are key to this role, where you will act as manager, mentor and role model to those in your team.
To apply for this fantastic role, you will need previous experience in the Mortgage sector (specifically buy-to-let), excellent team management skills and a track record of outstanding customer service and legislative compliance.
