HR Systems & Data Analyst - Graduate Level

Are you a recent Maths / Statistics Graduate?
Are you proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
Can you collate, interrogate and challenge data to produce reports?
Interested in developing a career with a global brand with opportunities to progress?
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate keen to establish a career in data analysis within a busy HR Systems team. The main function of the role will be to interrogate, challenge, identify trends and provide recommendations on global employee data.
As well as being very analytical with a strong understanding of technology, you will have a hunger to improve how data is provided or automated.
The HR Systems & Data Analyst will be responsible for the global demand of day-to-day human resources systems data, gathering requirements from the different regions to meet the need for information across the company.
You will also take accountability for the integrity of data within our HR systems, continuously looking to improve quality and procedures where possible. The role will also require advising on new projects and initiatives to develop our HR system to ensure that the functional benefits are used to best effect.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the enhancement of HR data and management information
Work closely with the board, HR directors & systems suppliers to ensure the highest data quality at all times; producing dashboards with commentary on data trends for the management board and regional managing directors
Monitor data security, confidentiality and work directly on the effectiveness and quality of information derived from the HR systems
Oversee all HR systems to continually improve data integrity and data security
Maintain authorised users in accordance with our information security policies and in a way that ensures audit compliance
Manage and resolve queries sent to HR system inboxes
Applicants must have strong analytical skills (including the ability to develop reports using standard reporting tools and to analyse and manipulate large datasets using Ms Excel), the ability to take responsibility for own workload and prioritise effectively to ensure that deadlines are met whilst delivering a responsive support service and ensuring that projects and developments are progressed in a timely way.
Candidates must also display a range of effective written and verbal communication skills, a mathematical and statistical background and thrive in a busy team and environment with ability to prioritise workloads, work on own initiative and appreciate that confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
