J&L Recruitment established in June 2014 with the aim of becoming one of the best recruitment companies within the licenced asbestos removal industry. Having exceeded this ambition, we have developed a recently established construction division, which is having a very positive effect on the company. We will be opening an acquired office in Ipswich this year, and have plans to add talented and pro-active individuals to the Ipswich team, and offer those committed candidates the opportunity to grow the branch.

J&L Recruitment may only be in its second year of trading but we have so far turned over GBP4m and are keen to further develop this. All ideas and thoughts are welcomed within the friendly office environment and all opportunities are utilised to help us with our mission to become a very successful national company.

J&L Recruitment are keen to employ an experienced recruitment consultant to specialise in the construction sector. We already have the tools in place for the role to be carried out successfully and have a small stream of enquiries coming through the phones from different sectors. We would like for an eager and professional candidate to come forward and not only manage the small existing business, but also add more value to our already successful company.

The ideal candidate will be/have:
Excellent phone manner
Well presented
Confident and professional 'yes' attitude
Good problem solving skills
Desire to develop and succeed
Able to work within a team but able to win work on own abilities

Previous experience required:
Sales and business development skills
Customer relationships
Ability to negotiate
Ability to manage work load

Proactive and energetic candidate with a 'can do' attitude and a strong background in recruitment

We are seeking a very well rounded individual that can manage clients at all levels, be proactive and forward thinking and have the ability to achieve and make themselves an asset to the company.
