An opportunity has become available to join the kitchen brigade here at The Belfry as a Commis Chef

Duties of the role include ensuring all food preparation is completed conforming to set standards and recipes and assisting other chefs in food service. As a Commis Chef you will need to be aware of new menus, daily specials, vegetarian items and daily banqueting functions. Other duties of the role include the labelling of food and rotating items stored in all kitchens.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to delivering excellent service to customers and will have experience working in a similar role. You will also ideally possess an NVQ level 2 in Food Processing & Cooking (or equivalent) and the level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
