Your Role
You are the most important part of what we do, after all, you'll speak to more of our guests than anyone else in the building! You will need to have a positive attitude, love making sure our guests have a fantastic time every time, and enjoy working in a team. You'll need to have an interest in food and wine and want to improve all the time. We'll make sure you have all of the skills you need to do an exceptional job, and have some great opportunities for you to progress with us, should you be thinking of hospitality as a career - if not, we'll still encourage and support you to achieve your personal and professional goals.
What we need from you:
Great time keeper, and clean and smartly presented
Attend our briefings when you're on shift, where we'll train and teach you about our food and drink
Have a keen eye for detail, and get stuck in with helping us keep our pub looking fabulous
A genuine thirst for knowledge
Consistently serve our guests to the standard, and willing to go the extra mile
Calm under pressure, and enjoy the buzz of a busy shift
Ability to work in a team, and support your colleagues
