Senior Sous Chef 3 Rosette Scotland upto 32k Plus Tips and Live in Christmas Off!
Senior Sous Chef needed to complete their brigade in this luxurious Boutique Hotel working alongside the Head Chef who is continuously pushing standards in their destination restaurant aiming for 4 Rosettes and a Michelin Star.
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience as a Sous Chef working with all fresh ingredients in a 3 rosettes or Michelin Star property. They would also look at a Junior Sous Chef from a Michelin Star background looking for their next move up the career ladder
As Senior Sous Chef you need to have good all round skills, the ability to run sections and good man-management skills. The ability to cook to a high standard is essential.
Most importantly as a Senior Sous Chef we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors
The Hotel is closed from 10th December - 14th January
Benefits
Excellent Basic Salary upto GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 (Depending upon experience)
