Studio / Office Manager - Jewellery design and making studio
This successful jewellery design studio is looking for a super organised, hard working, enthusiastic and personable studio coordinator to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the administration of the business. Based in Hayle Cornwall in the beautiful Whites warehouse building, the successful candidate will be a calm, confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, the ability to think on their feet and use their initiative.
The job will be varied and interesting and include all aspects of the administration of the studio including working with existing systems and developing new and improved ways of making the studio run more efficiently, customer liaison through e-mail and telephone, including quoting and sales, updating and administrating the website and database. The candidate needs to be capable of quick thinking and working calmly under pressure. They are a very small team with ambitions to develop and grow over the next few years.
- 20 - 25 hours per week - there may be the potential of additional hours in the future.
- Based at the Whites Warehouse in Hayle.
- Ideally each weekday morning, however, there may be some Saturday working required if they are open to the public. Flexible working hours will be considered.
- Starting salary GBP18 - GBP22,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience, however, they may consider a higher salary for the right person with the right level of experience.
