The role of Customer Service Advisor is a full time, permanent role. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required for this position.

The role

The role of Customer Service Advisor is an essential part of the team. You will be the first point of contact for their customers and will be required to offer exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers either face to face, over the telephone or in writing.

You will be expected to take ownership of your role and work closely with colleague to ensure your understanding of the company offer and services are up to date at all times. The role also includes administrative support for the wider team and occasional attendance at external events and other sites.

The individual

With a passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations, you will have confident communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to work and communicate with people from varied backgrounds.

You will have the ability to manage difficult situations/customers and remain calm under pressure. With excellent administrative and organisational skills, you will have a high level of attention to detail. Maths and English at level 2 (or equivalent) are also essential.

Awareness of Government Awareness of Government, LEP, SFA, and EFA skills priorities, policy changes, labour market trends and new opportunities would be a distinct advantage.
