The Head of International Development is vital role leading an outstanding team. The HOD will join one of the best management teams in the country, being responsible for developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for the growth of the colleges International presence.
You will be an outstanding individual with a degree (or equivalent). Experience of international business development and working in the Further Education sector is required along with demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining quality relationships with key stakeholders.
You must be able to manage a complex portfolio of duties and relationships and work effectively in a team using your initiative. The ability to establish and maintain effective communication with a range of audiences is essential as is the ability to be flexible, adaptable and manage change positively.
