We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Student Services to be part of the new look, feel and culture of the college and the drive to enhance every aspect of student experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Student Services to be part of the new look, feel and culture of the college and the drive to enhance every aspect of the student experience from initial contact, advice and enrolment guidance to give students the best possible start and support throughout their courses.

Head of Student Services

Full Time (37 hours per week)

Salary: c GBP40,000

Responsible for the following student services

  • Enquiries advice
  • Welfare advice
  • Learning Resource advice
  • Apprenticeship co-ordination
  • Curriculum administration
  • Admissions and enrolments administration
  • Campus safety

Managing a team of up to 25 staff providing the above services, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment, and specialised, high quality and effective support for students. Your objective is to ensure that the student service team delivers good customer service to both internal and external customers of the College and that it meets the needs of learners in enrolment, participation, enrichment, achievement and progression.
