Assistant Team Leader -The Prince's Trust Team

Salary Range GBP19,698 - GBP21,246 per annum

We are looking for a Prince's Trust Assistant Team Leader who will support the Team Leader in the delivery of a series of 12 week Prince's Trust programmes at our Tottenham site.
You will be required to assist in the recruitment and selection of a Team of individuals who are not in employment, education or training to a personal development programme, centred on teamwork and individual challenges in the community. In addition you will support the Team Leader in the everyday running of the programme and to help plan and undertake a residential week with the young people.
You will have a proven track record of working with disadvantaged groups and have experience of working in a team. It is essential you have Level 2 qualifications in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT and the successful candidate must have good administrative, organisational and communication skills.
