The College is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and resilient leader to drive forward high quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment within our Further Education provision. In this new role you will support the pedagogical development of our staff and work collaboratively across the FE Curriculum Centres to deliver an outstanding learning experience for all our students. Therefore your passion for and knowledge of teaching and learning will inspire and motivate individuals and teams of staff.
The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree level and will be able to demonstrate pedagogical excellence as well as highly effective leadership and staff development. Reporting to the Assistant Principal (FE Quality), the successful candidate will collaborate with teams of staff and work effectively across College to drive the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
