Our Health and Social Care & Early Years provision enjoys a range of state of the art equipment and resources at our Parsons Walk site. Our courses are delivered across 16-18, 19 + and HE levels as well as the growing area of full cost recovery provision.

The team are looking for a motivated and committed leader to support the Head of Department to achieve the aims of the provision in continuing to achieve excellent success rates and develop innovative curriculum offer to continue to meet employer need whilst increasing student numbers.

Applicants for this exciting role should be able to demonstrate excellent outcomes for learners, inspirational teaching & learning, relevant CPD, a high level of up to date professional knowledge and ability to motivate/coach/mentor others. Experience of working as a lecturer B within vocational health and social care and/or child care subjects is essential.
