Tutor/Assessor, Hospitality and Catering (7 months fixed term contract

This post represents an outstanding career opportunity to join a large, progressive College. Based in the Department of Service Industries, you will teach, assess and support students to fulfil their course assessment requirements. This will involve up to six hours of teaching per week, advising students on the NVQ course requirements, assessment planning, assessing students in the workplace and liaising with staff on their progress. You will also contribute to the development of bespoke courses for employers. Appropriate NVQ level 3 or 4 professional qualifications and experience in teaching and the Assessors Award are essential. An IQA qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
