Based at College campuses

c. GBP15.4k - GBP17.4k per annum

These exciting opportunities have arisen within our College directly supporting our learners during their time with ncn.

We need proactive individuals to work in our frontline services to deliver excellence and provide professional support for our students and all customers on our campuses. The post holder will also work closely with colleagues from our curriculum and other professional services teams.

This role covers every aspect of student life at ncn starting with a warm welcome, ensuring our campuses are safe, friendly, promoting an inclusive environment and provide a flexible, responsive and customer focused service.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations and will act as an ambassador for the College touchstones of Excellence, Enterprise and Employability.

ncn Services is a subsidiary company of New College Nottingham, and as such the terms and conditions of employment are different, the main differences being:

  • 30 days paid leave per year, made up of 22 days annual leave and 8 bank/public holidays.
  • You will be eligible to receive company sick pay for up to 20 days and statutory sick pay thereafter.
  • You will be provided with details of a personal pension plan which you can access.
