Kitchen Manager vacancy: Toby Carvery are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the team at Stafferton Lodge. Stafferton Lodge is an established Carvery business near Maidenhead with great standards and huge potential. This business now operates at over 2500 NOMS per week and food sales over GBP24k per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing Kitchen Manager able not only to cope with volume but also be able to deliver outstanding levels of guest service. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is competent in running all aspects of a busy kitchen including recruitment, training and development of the team, excellent hygiene standards, and stock control. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager looking to further their career.
Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
