Our client is one of the U.K.s leading leisure operators renowned for their quality service provision and fantastic people development strategy. Due to their continued growth we have been instructed to search for an experienced multi-site regional manager to oversee a region around the outskirts of Greater London and the home-counties.
To be considered you will already have multi-site management experience within the leisure market and will have gained experience in managing budgets of GBP30M+. Experience in opening new sites and managing significant CAPX projects would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for a supportive inclusive leader, strong on people development and building a positive working culture in their business.
The package includes a competitive basic salary dependant on experience, an achievable annual bonus and car or allowance.
