General Manager
Location: Peterborough, Stamford
Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum plus bonus and tips
A great opportunity for a hands-on General Manager to run a popular Hotel and Restaurant, in the Peterborough / Stamford area.
The owners are looking for a talented Manager who can bring some new ideas to the property. Somebody who will work closely with the HODs to manage and implement changes and improvements, attending meetings, dealing with complaints and liaising with the company directors to ensure that clear lines of communication are maintained.
As General Manager your time will be 50% office based and meetings etc and 50% working on the floor working alongside all departments and interacting with customers.
A proven track record is essential, this may suit a current Deputy Manager looking for a fresh challenge and to take on more responsibility.
There is no live in available so candidates will need to live in the Peterborough, Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping, Spalding or Grantham area with their own transport
