Graduate Business Development Manager. Rhyl. £20,000 (£25K OTE)

Enjoying Investor in People gold status, our client is an e-Learning organisation in their 20th year. An innovative industry leader, they`re looking for graduates to help fuel their continued expansion.

The first 3 months will involve structured, bespoke training, where you will shadow BDMs and gain knowledge about company services. As you move into the field, you will manage your own diary, meeting clients face to face to demonstrate what the company offers. Building business rapport, identifying opportunities to upsell is another key core duty. In constant contact with the Managing Director, you will have the necessary tools to enjoy sharp career progression.

- Manage your diary, booking client meetings in the field
- Attend and capitalise in at least 2 of these meetings per day
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the organisation`s products and services
- Cultivate business rapport with clients, identifying opportunities to up and cross-sell
- Attend team meetings and report to the Managing Director regularly
