We are looking for an individual who excells in customer service to be a part of this amazing company. We need someone with enthusiam and a great work ethic.

You will need to provide a professional customer focused administration service ensuring that the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times and that the customers' needs are not just consistently met, but exceeded.

Overview of Responsibilities

To deliver the best possible customer service when dealing with existing or potential customers

To deal with all incoming customer enquiries by telephone/email/fax, ensuring they are followed through to completion

To issue certificates of insurance and other documentation required by the client within 48 hours of receipt

To re-issue of certificates with amendments as required within agreed SLA

To liaise with Sales and Surveyors to ensure customer service is met and provide assistance where able

To liaise with QGU and clients re order amendments and chasing additional/required information (through tasks)

To undertake any other duties as reasonably required

Experience / Skills
Excellent knowledge, understanding and experience of Customer Services
Some Administration experience
Good verbal and written Communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal with people at all levels
Demonstrable ability to use own initiative and flexible in personal approach
