Telephone Banking Customer Service Consultant - Full time
We don't do investment banking, overseas speculation or big corporate finance. We just serve individuals and local business customers - we call it "local banking".
We are currently recruiting for FULL TIME Telephone Banking Customer Service Consultants in our SWANSEA office. If you have a passion for helping people and providing fantastic customer service you could be on the brink of a great career with us.
We are offering a range of shift patterns which includes weekend and evening working, within the opening hours of 7am until 11pm
Typically this will involve working every 2nd weekend either a Saturday or Sunday.
The starting salary for the role is GBP15150. Providing you meet the relevant performance and competent accreditation criteria this will rise to GBP16300 after around 6 months. Please note that pay increases are not guaranteed and are dependent on displaying the right skills, attitude & behaviours and achieving the appropriate accreditation level.

When our customers want to manage their money - from transferring some funds or setting up a standing order to simply finding out their balance, they contact us and you'll be there to help them.
The role is telephone based, you'll be answering their questions and making sure that every customer gets the care and attention they deserve. With your knowledge and expertise you will help our customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.

You'll need plenty of enthusiasm, self motivation, great people skills and you'll be genuinely interested in meeting customers' needs. This will help you connect with customers and provide a great experience to them. You don't need any experience of working for a bank, but you should have good PC skills and be organised and methodical.
