Executive Assistant / Office Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Office Manager to work for a growing property development company based in the Mayfair. The role will be providing a range of secretarial and administrative support to the directors. Key Responsibilities Include:Provide general administration support to the CEO, directors and other senior managers in the business, including typing, filing, preparing/generating reports, generating and maintaining spreadsheets, designing PowerPoint presentations etc.Arranging meetings and managing complex/multiple diaries, for both internal and external attendees, including attending meetings to take minutes as and when required. Arranging and booking all travel and accommodation requirements.On a day to day basis you will work to ensure the smooth running of the general Office function.Dictation and screening all phone callsCompleting the monthly credit card expensesGeneral office maintenance: oversee general housekeeping, catering, cleaners, H&S, fire procedures, office seating arrangements, car park plans, archiving, social events etc. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the property sector, excellent communication skills, friendly, approachable with a professional attitude. Excellent IT skills, high attention to detail and able to work as part of a team with a 'can do' attitude. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 /year Required education:High school or equivalent
