£20,000 - £25,000 Base (depending on experience) + commission OTE £30K
Monday to Friday
25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Pension + Life Assurance + Travel Expenses/Company Vehicle

This well renowned Company is looking to recruit a Lettings Agent to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services.

The role….
1) Reviewing performance and targets and understanding of office targets
2) Proactively explore new business and valuations from all possible avenues
3) Registering applicants, encouraging valuations and add-on services.
4) Creating viewings / accompanying viewings.
5) Landlord updates / viewing feedback.
