Technical Author - Fixed-Term Contract

Our world leading payments technology client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fixed-term contract technical author to write a range of software and business documentation to support a new software service.

Documentation you'll write will include user guides, technical specifications and processes and procedures.

Essential requirements:

• Solid technical authoring experience in the software industry.
• Experience of authoring in DITA.
• Knowledge of screen capture and image editing software.

Any experience you have of FrameMaker and/or other structured authoring tools would be useful.

This role is based all onsite in Hertfordshire, and runs until July 2017. You need to be able to start this role by the beginning of November 2016 at the latest.

Salary: Up to GBP36,000 p.a. (pro rata).
