A fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in enhancing and building upon what is already an award winning health and wellbeing strategy.

Working closely with the HR Manager and Senior Health and Wellbeing Officer, you will be responsible for promoting Cafcass' existing wellbeing resources and developing new and exciting innovations. In particular, you will be responsible for enhancing our current approach to health and wellbeing in order to help individuals and teams to further develop their emotional wellbeing and resilience.

You will also work closely with our internal network of Health and Wellbeing Champions to signpost and promote resources to their colleagues on a day-to-day basis.

You will have graduated with a relevant 2:1 degree or equivalent, and will have in-depth knowledge and experience of resilience, stress management and mindfulness techniques. A qualification and experience in counselling or occupational health psychology will be advantageous.

You will have a strong knowledge of health and wellbeing and possess excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders quickly. You will have prior experience of presenting to groups on wellbeing issues, creating resources and supporting employees on an individual basis through a practical application of theory.

You will have excellent Microsoft office skills, together with an appreciation of the work Cafcass does.

The preferred location for this post is Leeds, although other locations will be considered for the right candidate. Regular travel to other office locations across England is a key requirement of the role.
