Summary

We are looking for a forward thinking Advertising Optimisation Executive with vision and drive to join our team, responsible for all aspects of digital advertising campaign management. The ideal candidate has sound commercial awareness and an understanding of online advertising. Previous experience of ad trafficking would be advantageous. In addition, the ideal candidate for this growth potential role is career-driven and eager to join an exciting Advertising Optimisation team and have a direct impact in shaping the future direction of our business.

Main Responsibilities

    Uploading high value orders and creative ensuring campaigns are running to high degree of accuracyTranslates sales strategy and optimises campaigns to achieve the best possible resultsManagement of Mobile, Video, iPad, Contextual & Behavioural advertisingServes as primary contact for tasks including troubleshooting campaign problems, performance reporting, and other functions related to optimisation of sold advertising plansConducts campaign delivery review through the duration of each campaign and always working towards growing/retaining client baseAnalyses campaign performance to determine best practices and report back to the businessCreates engaging and effective campaign performance reports for clientsConsult with the other team members to ensure the success of all campaigns to the satisfaction of the client/businessWorks with fellow Advertising Optimisation Specialists to balance workload. Notifies Ad Ops manager of any issues


Ideal Candidate

    Understanding of how online advertising, ad technology and targeting technology worksKnowledge of DFP (or other ad servers) would be advantageousExcellent Analytical and Communication skillsCompetent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)Strong problem solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detailFamiliarity with online advertising industry terms, concepts and business modelsAbility to think strategically, create a plan and execute on all phasesExperience prioritising your workload to strict deadlinesHigh energy level and enthusiasm for digital technologyProfessional in appearance and work ethicExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
