We have a new exciting opportunity at Living Ventures for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to become our new Property Facilities Co-Ordinator and to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will be mainly field based, involving 1-2 days at our Head Office in Knutsford. The successful Property Facilities Co-Ordinator will receive competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Property Facilities Co-Ordinator role
The role is mainly Field based but will involve 1 -2 days at Head office so candidate has to be a self-starter and must have the ability to interact on a number of levels from Contractors, Operations to Legislative bodies. And Beyond. This position will be 30% office based and 70% field based and will require a flexible approach due to the nature of the business.
Working directly under the supervision of the property manager this is an excellent opportunity to join a company with huge expansion plans over the next 5 years
What we’re looking for in our Property Facilities Co-Ordinator
The Ideal candidate should have a strong Facilities / Property background and will be experienced in PPM planning, site work, small projects and finishing works primarily, you should also have strong knowledge of current Building Regulations and H&S legislation. A Prince 2 or Facilities Management qualification would be an advantage.
