They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to join the company.

The role of Marketing and Communications Manager is a new, full time, permanent role, pivotal to support the ambitious growth plans at the company. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required for this position.

The role

You will have responsibility for designing and delivering campaigns focussed on employer engagement. Working with the Head of Marketing you will continue to develop the brand locally, regionally and nationally with emphasis on their apprenticeship offer.

Proactively line managing a number of direct reports, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing, communications and social media strategy in line with the company aims and objectives. You will lead on the design of all internal and external communications, providing support, expertise and guidance on matters of brand, imagery and design to other members of the marketing team, internal staff and stakeholders.

The individual

You will be an experienced and passionate marketer, with a track record of managing successful teams with the ability to provide a rapid internal agency style service to internal customers. You will have a proven design background and experience of producing innovative design concepts across all digital, print and social media.

Degree educated (or relevant vocational qualification at level 5), you will have expertise in Adobe design software, including InDesign, Illustrator and photoshop. An understanding of Apprenticeships, workforce development and employer engagement would be a distinct advantage.
