The Role

This specialist cloud hosting provider have an opportunity within their team for an ambitious, enthusiastic Office Manager to support the day-to-day activities of their business and work closely with members of the senior management team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding organisational ability. The role will also involve being the first point of customer & supplier contact and a confident, professional persona and attitude is essential.

The Office Manager will work closely with all commercial functions, supporting and helping these teams deliver customer satisfaction of the highest quality. This exposure to other parts of the business will also offer the candidate with the opportunity of future progression within any of their departments.


- Front of house reception (answering phone/taking messages/greeting visitors)
- PA work for the senior management team
- Office management (office supply management)
- Administrative office duties
- Assistance with finance department duties (invoice posting/record keeping)
- Assisting the marketing department in preparation of literature
- Attendance at customer and business events

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
