The Company:
Our client is a well-established company with international operations
The Role:
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
• Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information/trends.
• Completes internal audits and reports on findings and results by preparing weekly /monthly/quarterly KPI’s and good practice
• Keep CSAs /CSSs up to date on progress of audits, outstanding items, and areas of concern or likely problems/delays.
• Maintains internal control system by managing audit requests, adhering to deadlines updating audit tracker; recommending new policies and procedures.
• Reviews standard policies, systems and processes that are in place to maintain and improve the quality
• Works close with Sales Support team reviewing Client compliance requirements, tracking and communicating these out to the business
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal trainings on legislation relating to compliance and vetting requirements
The Candidate:
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) - ESSENTIAL
• Positive attitude and flexible approach
• Accurate and methodical approach
• Ability to analyse issues and present solution
• Problem solving capabilities, strong analytical skills and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to present and articulate in a confident manner
• Provide constructive feedback on errors/information
• Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Independent process driven worker with a proactive attitude to work
• Ability to communicate at all levels and with external parties

The Salary:
Up to £27,000 p.a. + quarterly bonus + benefits
