Our client is a small gastro pub in Tonbridge who are currently recruiting for a head chef to join their team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Smooth running of kitchen during service
Menu planning throughout the seasons
Looking after stock rotation and GP
Adhering to food hygiene and cleaning schedules
Training and supervising of kitchen team
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar operation
Strong at cooking with fish and meat
Sound knowledge of pastry
Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week.
