Hexagon Care Services is a dynamic, forward thinking, national provider of high quality residential services for children.
Our aim is to recruit, develop and retain exceptional childcare practitioners and we therefore offer excellent working terms and conditions, bespoke training and competitive basic salaries of up to £40K per year.
Due to internal promotions a number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join our team in the role of Registered Managers. We currently have 3 vacancies in the region within our good and outstanding homes including:
Specialist Therapeutic Services - which offer bespoke care and individually tailored therapeutic services and education on site catering for young men who are displaying harmful sexualised behaviours.
Emotional Behavioural Difficulties - A multitude of 4,5 and 6 bed provision offering single gender homes supporting young people’s emotional and social welfare.
Hexagon is proud of the fact that 84% of our current 31 homes are judged by Ofsted to be good or better with 30% judged outstanding (compared with national average 12%). Hexagon has no inadequate homes.
Our dedicated regional management structure enables the Responsible Individual to provide robust and personally focussed induction programmes and continued support aimed to further develop and nurture the talent of managers. Our bespoke and dedicated support has enabled approximately half of our current registered managers to achieve these positions whilst starting with the company as casual members of staff.
