Sous Chef
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum
An experienced Sous Chef is required for this traditional pub located around 5 miles from Southampton in the New Forest.
As Sous Chef you will need previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients and leading a team.
The ideal Sous Chef will have a strong and dependable personality, the drive and enthusiasm to learn and be looking for a rewarding challenge.
As Sous Chef you will be expected to manage the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and have a good financial knowledge of the business while delivering training and development to the brigade.
This is a live out position and due to the location applicants must have their own transport. It may suit anyone living in the Southampton, New Forest, Ringwood and Salisbury areas.
