An exciting opportunity is available working with our client. The External Funding team are in the process of expanding their contract portfolio, maximising opportunities across Yorkshire and Humber to secure funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund. 

To support the ongoing successful delivery of the External Funding provision they are currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join them.  This role is dependent upon securing successful funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund.  The post will be offered on a fixed term basis, and is anticipated to be for 18 months’ duration. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.  This role will appeal to candidates who enjoy working in a rapidly changing sector and who enjoy being able to help shape the growth of a company.  

As a Project Coordinator you will assist the Project Manager and External Funding team in the procurement and tendering of SFA and Local Enterprise Partnership approved projects across the region. Supporting the successful delivery of projects and overseeing the administration and financial claims processes, you will monitor evidence submissions to ensure records are in line with ESF Actual Cost eligibility criteria.

This role would suit a senior administrator, someone with excellent planning and organisation, who has a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. With outstanding communication and networking skills, you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Strong IT skills are essential, and being good at Finance would be an advantage.
