An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independent Freight Forwarders:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within their Customer Relationship Team. This is an office based role and the main duties include customer quotations; follow up, booking and communication with overseas partners and arranging deliveries through their own in house transport department.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer facing environment is essential. This could have been gained within a retail environment or any industry where face to face or telephone contact with customers is a key component of the role. As this is an extremely customer focussed role, excellent communication are essential, together with a good telephone manner and organisation skills.
