Exciting opportunities are available working with our Client. The External Funding team are in the process of expanding their contract portfolio, maximising opportunities across Yorkshire and Humber to secure funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund. This is an 18 month fixed term contract.
To support the ongoing successful delivery of the External Funding provision they are currently looking to recruit Quality Assurance Officers to join them. These roles are dependent upon securing successful funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund. The posts will be offered on a fixed term basis, and are anticipated to be for 18 months’ duration but this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. These roles will appeal to candidates who enjoy working in a rapidly changing sector and who enjoy being able to help shape the growth of a company.

In the role you will support the Prime & Tier 2 SSW contracts by evaluating & monitoring the learner journey, auditing records, ILPs & providing quality improvement training across the region.
Supporting direct delivery and partner teams with training and development, you will regularly review management information and report on internal and external performance. Ensuring that contract outputs adhere to national ESF eligibility rules, you will set up and maintain a quality monitoring schedule, coordinate and produce reports and maintain staffing registers. Undertaking audits of individual learning plans and producing action plans to ensure they are robust and individualised, you will provide the Contract Manager and Directors with regular status reports of learner files.
Qualified in GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, you will have recent and relevant experience in a similar role and have experience in Quality Improvement Activities and Processes, such as observations and auditing documentation. With an understanding of government funded training programmes and the ability to implement Quality Improvement strategies, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in MS Office and other online applications (especially data filtering and pivot table functions in excel).
