Universe Technology is seeking FRENCH speaking graduates with drive, ambition and a passion for a client facing role to join their agency.

Universe Technology is a boutique IT Recruitment Consultancy based in London, Paris and Aachen.

This role is to join our French speaking team at our HQ in Canary Wharf, London.

We provide extensive on the job training, which includes teaching you all areas of recruitment, consulting and interacting with both clients and candidates, the best head-hunting techniques, utilisation of social media and negotiation to name but a few. Universe Technology is a firm where by you make your own success, using the tools and training we provide to you.

The role encompasses a balanced focus of client management, candidate networking and sourcing, as well as business development. Successful applicants will be fluent in both French and English who are passionate about people, sales and IT.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and networking candidates from across the SAP and IT world: whether through advertising, networking or headhunting
• Communicating with and advising clients, collecting and collating relevant information.
• Conducting initial interviews with consultants you have sourced, before presenting them to your client.
• Displaying a self-starting attitude with the ability to identify new areas for business growth and suggesting/activating proactive solutions

Person requirements

Successful candidates will be degree educated and be fluent in both French and English.

A committed, diligent and proactive attitude is essential for this position, with an enthusiasm for learning and success. An interest and knowledge of the financial sector is desired but not essential.

Experienced candidates from a sales or recruitment experience will also be considered.
