JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive

SALARY & BENEFITS: Excellent salary plus monthly commission + 4 weeks paid holiday plus bank holidays and free parking

WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

THE COMPANY: Our client sell their own range of high quality auto parts to garages, Distributors and Motor Factors. Their core products are the best of their kind, helping their customers save time, improve productivity and improve their service.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone with well-rounded experience, the right skills and attitude to build our client's existing Telesales presence. You will work with an existing small and friendly team in our clients offices based just outside Aylesbury.

THE ROLE: As a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive you'll be making outgoing calls to prospective, lapsed and current customers throughout the UK. You'll be working both on your own account and, occasionally, in tandem with members of our Field Sales team. The role will require you to organise and deliver a sales campaign to existing customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive / Telesales Executive role in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire include:

- Primarily making outgoing calls to prospective, lapsed and current customers throughout the UK
- Dealing with occasional incoming calls and enquiries, maximise sales opportunities accordingly
- Research potential new customers and build a pipeline using the companies own CRM system
- Occasionally assist your colleagues in their roles to contribute to the smooth running of the business

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Sales Executive / Telesales Executive role must be a well organised person who is persuasive and tenacious, has good attention to detail and is motivated by achieving results. It is essential that you have previous experience working in Sales. It would be advantage have some knowledge of, or experience working in the Automotive industry. It is essential that you have an outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. The successful candidate will be someone who will want to take ownership of this position, as success in this role will rely on the ability to convey your conviction in the products you are selling.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Sales Executive / Telesales Executive role in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire :-

- Previous experience working in Sales is essential
- Knowledge of, or experience working in the Automotive industry would be beneficial
- Excellent communications skills and telephone manner is essential
- Must be a naturally keen to achieve and have a desire to win
- Due to location you must have a valid UK driving licence
