Call Quality Evaluation Analyst – Bilingual 
Exeter, Devon

Our client, the world leader in call centre quality, is now seeking a number of bilingual Call Quality Evaluation Analysts to join their team on a full time basis. Part time hours will also be considered.

Working on a project for a key client, as a Call Quality Evaluation Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing interactions between customers and their contact centre via the telephone and email. 

You will provide feedback to staff on their adherence to policies and appropriate procedures used, enabling them to deliver an outstanding level of customer service. Navigating the company’s software applications, you’ll research appropriate resolutions, evaluate results and comment on reporting. 

Additionally, you will ensure all project analysis is completed in a timely manner and in line with the project’s requirements. 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: 

- German 
- Swedish 
- Dutch 
- Hungarian 
- Greek 
- French 

Adaptable and reliable, as a Call Quality Evaluation Analyst, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as great attention to detail. 

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within a call centre environment with KPIs, but this is by no means essential. 

Full time hours are 9:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday. Part time hours will also be considered.
